Lou Tomasone is the Broker of Record for Real Estate Advisors Inc., Brokerage.
Growing up in Toronto, Lou studied Business and Finance and found himself landing a job working for a multi-national company. He began to have a passion for Real Estate as a result of this experience, as his exposure to the Real Estate world was becoming all too common.
At 23 years of young age, Lou segued into purchasing his first property. This experience allowed him to evolve into managing a corporate Real Estate Office Brokerage, where he eventually became a licensed REALTOR® and has been successfully marketing and selling real estate ever since!
Lou’s reputation has been stellar. Having this passion for assisting his clients in Real Estate for many years has helped him earn many awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award, an induction into the Real Estate “Hall of Fame” and membership of the “Quarter-Century Club” at the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
Most recently, along with three other Real Estate Partners, Lou opened up his own Brokerage, Real Estate Advisors Inc., Brokerage, to form a powerhouse Team. . Lou has defined his business by being surrounded with partners who share the same passion and outstanding service quality that he provides his own clients, when they are deciding to sell or purchase real estate.
Lou has incorporated his passion, dedication and his experience to create a legacy in Real Estate. His enthusiasm for his clients and his innate ability to understand his client’s needs allows him to achieve trust and support from them that is unsurpassed. Because of this, Lou has maintained these relationships for many years to where his clients are referring their families, friends and co-workers. He boasts about his clients like family as his business flourished over the years. Extraordinarily, 90% of his business has come from referrals.
On a personal note, Lou is happily married to his wife, Joanne, for 35 years and has two grown daughters, who also share respective passions for their crafts. His family is his pride and joy as he has seen the results of his dedication and hard work towards building a family of respectable and hard-working individuals. When he’s not working, Lou is an avid tennis player and enjoys ballroom dancing, to which his wife, Joanne, shares the same passion.
